For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the Mint Hill Events, Inc. has established the following policies for all events hosted on Town property:
No Tobacco, Smoking or Vaping
Tobacco, smoking and vaping are not permitted on any Town of Mint Hill owned properties.
No pets are allowed within the Festival site. Service dogs are permitted.
No Alcoholic Beverages
No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed within the Festival site. State laws and regulations require that alcoholic beverages purchased at the Festival remain on-site.
No Skateboards, Skates, or Bicycles
Skateboards, roller blades and bikes and other wheeled vehicles, except for wheelchairs and strollers, and the throwing of balls or frisbees, which may endanger or inconvenience the public attending the Festival, are prohibited on-site.
No firearms or weapons are allowed on the Festival site.
Unauthorized drones are prohibited on the Festival grounds.
By entering the event you consent to being photographed for promotional materials.
Non-sanctioned activities, including unauthorized selling are prohibited on the Festival site.
The Festival reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety.
